I ordered two chicken bites boxes and this was at 11:45 or 12 noon. So it should have been a rather simple order. After sitting at the window for what I thought was close to 20 minutes without even paying yet. I just left and went down to A&W . The Rallys on Preston across from southern high school is one of the worse one around here. So I would recommend if you want rallys go to a different one
I've been here twice within the last two weeks. And both times the employee tells me that they aren't taking any orders. Idk if it's a short staffed issue or what? No one else was in drive thru.

The drive-thru line took way longer than it should have. Of course, I saw why when I got to the pick-up window. There is a lot of playing around instead of trying to get customers through the line at a steady pace.
