I ordered two chicken bites boxes and this was at 11:45 or 12 noon. So it should have been a rather simple order. After sitting at the window for what I thought was close to 20 minutes without even paying yet. I just left and went down to A&W . The Rallys on Preston across from southern high school is one of the worse one around here. So I would recommend if you want rallys go to a different one
