I'm not sure when they added a thick crust, but it's on the menu now. I think it's just two regular crusts smashed together. Regardless of crust, I like it better than any of the Huts, Noes, or cardboard from Papa. This location is a pretty old school type pizza parlor atmosphere. The Mama and meat lovers are stacked with toppings. Great for a work lunch feast.
We had a very rude middle aged blonde waitress at the downtown location. She snarled at us when we asked for a refill last night after she passed us several times without checking on us Then took almost 10 minutes to bring it to us. Then tried to apologize when she came back with a refill. I guess she prejudged us and didn't think we woukd be good tippers. We always tip well for good service. The pizza was excellent!

I have gone here for 30 years and have never been disappointed. I usually get it delivered and it is always hot and good. Mama Bearnos pizza the best. I usually get it in 45 min. I always tip driver. The Preston Hwy Store.
