We were very disappointed!! They were out of Crab legs, scallops & shrimp. Tasted like they used old grease, everything was overcooked. Had to clean our own table so we could have a seat. Huge portions but wouldn’t even take leftovers home so it was quite an expensive meal.
The site is easy to find and popular with the locals. The reasons for our group to trying the site. It’s a busy and our party elected not to use a wait staff to speed up the orders for our party. No paging devices . 45 minutes later we are called to pay for individual orders all being served at that time. It’s not worth waiting for guests had to recall the menu/order to get the right amount of food and pay. This failed. My thoughts Good was the amount of food portions....
Relaxed atmosphere and good food, overall. There is sufficient parking. A friend who used to live in Louisville took us here, saying it was the best fish house around. We all agreed that was true, and the onion rings were excellent. We all also agreed that the hush puppies were not good. They were dry and almost tasteless. My disappointed friend said they were nothing like they used to be when he lived here. I got the whitefish, and my wife got the fried shrimp, and all that was...
