Had this for a work event and it was delicious! The staff in the food truck were friendly and helpful. Loved that they packed the bun for the pulled pork separately so it didn't get soggy/was easy to avoid eating. Pulled pork was tender and flavorful - it would be amazing on its own! Cole slaw was refreshing and crisp. But what I really loved was the potato salad. Thick and creamy without being overly 'mayonnaise-y'.
On 9/19 I had thrown together a last minute surprise party. The owner of Boss Hog's was so nice. My delivery was on time and the food was on point still hot upon arrival. I couldn't ask for a better restaurant to supply great comfort food for my guest. I will definitely use this establishment again and recommend it to everyone. The owner was so gracious to supply me with the extra pans I didn't have. Well, with that said I'm on my way to grab dinner for the family bon appetite.

Before dreadful COVID struck, Boss Hog's BBQ food truck made its regular stop downtown on 5th Street, between Market and Main. I always knew the day and if I was in the office, never had to wonder what I was eating!I've tried others and they remain my favorite food truck when looking for BBQ, whether it is pulled pork/chicken, ribs or BBQ wings.The guys are always super friendly and their portions generous.Don't sleep on Boss Hog's if you're looking for some quality BBQ!
