I really hate leaving bad reviews… Ordered food via door dash late at night . I ordered traditional wings and received a call saying there were no traditional wings and if boneless was okay , I shared that was fine . I also ordered Carmel cheesecake that I paid extra for . There was no Carmel upon delivery and cheesecake was frozen solid. I am pregnant and this was truly disappointing.

The food was very good, however our waitress was not. We had to ask for everything, beginning with utensils and napkins after having received our appetizer. She seemed genuinely put out to have to attend to us. Eye contact was used sparingly, only to show annoyance and disapproval. Past experiences here have been pleasurable, and I hold out hope this was a fluke.

Ordered two 6 piece combos to go. The chicken we received was old and tough. Not at all pleased.
Update 9/20- the location’s manager, Paul replaced our order this morning. It’s hot and fresh. Thank you! Review updated!
