It was our second time going we drove from indiana. The cuts of meat are horrible. My boyfriend could only eat a few bites of his food last night because the meat was SO fatty he even asked the girl to leave out the tendon he would pay whatever it costs but did not want that in his food but I the pho was full of tendon cuts and full of fat. I ordered the beef spicy noodle soup ... it wasn't. It was the same as the regular beef pho but with a pork hock.. somewhat annoying. The flavor is good but no spice. The Thai ice tea was bland as well. The firecracker shrimp was good
My husband and I ordered beef large bowl of pho. The vegetables for garnishing were pre portioned in a ziplock bag. This took away from the presentation and experience overall for us. It was a very hot day outside and we were hoping to get cooled off while eating lunch. The restaurant wasn’t cool at all. It was uncomfortably warm in there.
