Food can be hit or miss depending on who is working the oven. Most food comes out great but there are a few times like today where it is over cooked, it’s a shame especially when they were not busy.
I always have a great experience at Blaze Pizza. I have a dairy sensitivity and stayed away from pizza for a couple of years but once I figured out Blaze had vegan cheese, I knew I had to give it a try. The food is always fresh and delicious.
The pizza was well made and the ingredients were fresh. I also enjoy the blood orange lemonade!
