When I was ordering for a second I forgot where I was. Kayeden who was taking my order was super friendly and cheerful. I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of just some random person taking my order.I was really craving a root-beer float and asked if it were possible. He made it happen and the entire experience was very pleasant.
This store definitely has changed their staff. This staff is wonderful. Unfortunately they had made my food incorrectly and I had already left the store. I called and spoke with the manger Kelsey who advised me to just bring it back and they would remake it. I also made a mistake in my order I ordered a whopper rather than an impossible whopper. Kelsey did not make a fuss about anything. I just simply asked can the store remake it with the impossible burger. The staff is wonderful....read full review
