Friendly, but rushed. Very opinionated on my friend's choice of wanting extra teriyaki sauce. Loved the ultimate fries, but the KY bourbon Cheesesteak wasn't great. I did like the sauce and the fried onions, but the rest just wasn't that great. This was at the Greater Columbus OH convention

I love the food and the main cashier lady, I really wish I knew her name. She’s always so kind and sweet to me, and she always compliments on my makeup and it just makes me get a big smile on my face. (I’m goth, so it means a lot)Food is always so good and fresh, I love the main Philly cheesesteak. Just so warm and the cheese is so gooey, just delicious!

It's the first I'm actually trying this place and it was great! The staff could use a little more training (the girl forgot to put on my fries..I told her I was going to the bathroom real quick and when I came back, she was giving them away to another customer). I purchased another one at a different mall the next day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The chicken teriyaki combo with chili cheese fries is so yummy!
