I thought I would never say this but I had the worst customer service experience ever at the Middletown store. I called on Tuesday to place my yearly Christmas Eve catering order. As always the young lady was very helpful and set my order to pick up at 5:45. At around 8:40 this morning I received a call from the Mgr. stating they were closing at 4:00 instead of 6:00.
