I usually enjoy Culver’s, but what I DON’T enjoy is bad customer service and your girl Brenda has bad customer service in spades. I’d look into hiring better employees if I were you, because if she’s insulted one customer based on appearance, then she’s insulted more. The management needs to do better if this is who they’re hiring.
My experience is the employee named Brenda speaking ill of customers weight.
Imagine going to enjoy some food then leaving in tears because people employed there like Brenda think that fat people don’t deserve joy. I think Brenda needs some sensitivity training.
