“The lady who helped me at the front counter is amazing. I was there to pick up a last meal for my dog before I put him down. I asked her what she recommended because I was just picking random things. She told me to try just regular hamburger patties, no bread ( I didn't know you could do this), and a plain vanilla pup cup. The only thing he wanted to eat was the hamburger patties. She was amazing helping me out, even when I started to cry, which I kept apologizing for. I wish I would have thought to get her name. She got my food quickly for me, which I appreciated. And as I left, she said she would keep me in her prayers. She is a wonderful human being.“

“Literally the best dairy Queen in louisville, maybe the best one in the entire state. Service is always incredibly fast, and the food never tastes like it's been sitting out or was overcooked. I literally drive out of my way to go to this location anytime I want dairy queen, they are fantastic.“

The store is clean and the staff are super nice and friendly—always ready to help with a smile. Perfect spot for kids and families, especially on a hot day. “Completely ENJOYED our entire Experience at this Dairy Queen. Management and Staff were very friendly, FOOD was GOOD and Hot, drinks were refreshing and Bathroom was especially NICE since we had been involved in yucky work prior to our visit (truck broke down again)... But, now we have two super nice vehicles, so, LIFE IS GOOD just as is Dairy Queen on National Turnpike. Treat yourself and give them a visit... tell them Ricky and Raye sent you!“

Their chicken is breaded and meaty.

Wiped my own table and they ran out of ketchup. They were drive through busy.

“I'm not to crazy about the food here. Personally I don't like the taste or the price. But when it comes to thier blizzards, that's another story. My daughter and me stopped in the other night. They were packed inside and out. The poor guy on the cash register was new but doing the best he could.Unfortunately. a Door dash driver guy came in and thought he should be waited it on instead of the 6 people that were in line. I understand someone is waiting on thier food. But as with most places of business's, they are short handed. So the manager finally came up to dissolve Mr. Personality. There was only 6 people there working including her and 2 were new. I think they did a great job with what they had. After we came in there were 6 other people that came in. No one else was being a pain but him.“

“I never give five stars for everything and anything but our experience here was superb! We ate the first double stack with bacon and it was so good we got a second, both cooked to perfection, flavor was wonderful, bacon was crisp, perfect amount of lettuce and tomato, staff was very customer service oriented and the place is clean in every way and the music is the best!... thank you, and I guess you're on the right track Mr Warren Buffett... Oh and a great selection of ice cream cakes we're coming back later for the red velvet and some blizzards!...“

“Cleanest dairy queen I’ve ever been inside of, in my life. The general manager that was there today around 4:30pm was incredibly friendly and his blizzard recommendation was very yummy! Food was hot, ice-cream was cold, couldn’t ask for better service today! :) Also adding that this was the first time I had seen a “boot scraper” outside of a fast food restaurant, how considerate!“

“Took my kid to an appointment today in Louisville, so we stopped by her favorite (DQ).
First off, the food at this location is MUCH better than the one in Leitchfield!

The staff were really great. Really liked the woman working the drive-thru. She has pink nails, one nail with pretty shiny gems, and some freckles. She was just so friendly & nice.
Definitely would go back if we were ever near it & in Louisville again.“
