Went for ice cream on 04-12 and this was by far one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, we were told that they only had mini blizzard cups when we saw small, medium, and large cups still available. This was the only beginning of our issues on top of us waiting 45 minutes for a couple of blizzards. Keniyah from the beginning greeted us with nothing but attitude, and walked away from us when we asked where our blizzards were after 20 minutes of waiting. We never actually received all of our orders, after spending over $7 for 3 mini cups of ice cream that were “equivalent” to a large. Some of the people who ordered a large only ever received one mini cup of ice cream and still paid the full $7. After waiting for 45 minutes, we received peanuts in an Oreo blizzard and cookie dough in a brownie batter. Our food was incorrectly made, we were treated like sh*t, and the facility lacked cleaning. If I could give this a 0/5 review, I would.

Mobile ordered two small blizzards on the app at 730pm. It told me pick up was for 746pm. I get there at 750pm and go inside. No one at the counter and no one acknowledged me. 815 someone finally asked what I need. I told them a mobile pick up for my name. They said they can't find it. I show them my order. They tell me they don't have small cup and can't do 4 minis. I told them that was fine. Waited another 15 minutes and at 830 finally had two small blizzards (guess they found two small cups somewhere)

Went for lunch on 4/4/24 and the 2 young girls working drive thru and making shakes had the nastiest attitudes I've EVER seen. This woman said her shake was wrong the manager asked the girl to make it again and her reply in front of the whole lobby was "I'm not gonna keep making her milk shakes" now the lady buying looked like she was being a little difficult also but you don't say that loud enough for all customers to hear and keep making comments and when you're manager tells you to stop that's enough you should shut up and do your job or GO HOME!

Slower then Christmas! Facility is clean and never crowded so why is it always so slow. You are gonna wait no matter what. I finally give up on that place. Always out of the food you order. So last time I went, I settled on a chocolate malt. They forgot my order after paying and when I finally got it, it wasn't what I ordered. I got vanilla soft serve ice cream.

We went to get an ice cream tonight and the store was under piss poor management. We waited at the counter for over 10 mins and no one ever acknowledged us much less took our order. There are 8 people waiting on their orders in disgust. Needless to say, we left. There appeared to only been a bunch of teenage boys working who had no clue what was going on. We will not be back to this store. Our last experience wasn’t much better and this time s just ridiculous!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We came about 2:45pm and they said they were "out of ice cream" we were the only person in line and it took 30 minutes for our order to be brought to the window and 3 items were missing. The 3 girls in there were just standing around talking. After all that time waiting for our food, all of it was cold and soggy. No receipt, napkins or plastic ware was given either. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

PLEASE, show all of your employees what a pup cup is and tell them it’s free!! So happy to be able to share my review. I went to this DQ on Thursday, 3/14/24, to celebrate my dog’s accomplishment at the Kentuckiana Cluster of dog shows. Pup cup (in a small clear plastic cup) was enjoyed by my dog as well as a few of the fries I got for myself. I returned to this same DQ on Saturday, 3/16/24, for the same order for the same reason. On this day, I was told pup cups weren’t free and I paid $2.79 for a mini blizzard cup full of ice cream! Much too much for my dog and I don’t like ice cream like that!! The employee was SO sure of himself that this is what they had for a pup cup. I had to wait at the window for about ten minutes to get my fries and they weren’t hot. I also got no receipt for my transaction and no napkins in my bag. Needless to say, I went to a different DQ on my way home.

My fiancée and I were substituted butter finger blizzards instead of Reese’s without our knowledge. She has celiacs, and when I called to check if the ingredients they used are all gluten free, they hung up on me. I called back, I was hung up on again, and then they stopped answering the phone.Whatever lazy nitwit is working tonight’s shift either doesn’t understand why we’re concerned or doesn’t care. Either way, you don’t want your food handled by people like that.

So they've been experiencing staff shortage.. dining room is closed. This day drive thru was closed as well.. had to go inside, only 2 employees working. Ordering & waiting for orders was hectic.We enjoy DQ so will go back again.

I spent $21 and left with nothing and waited over 30mins. The whole place was extremely dirty including the bathrooms and the employees weren't sanitary at all, that is what led me to leave without a refund. The longer I waited for my food the more I thought that food was gonna get me sick. So yeah this place is gross and needs some desperate help to get it in order. Hopefully that happens before a health inspector walks in the doors.
