Do not order from here during peak hours. I ordered at 6:00 PM and was quoted 14–24 minutes. Nearly an hour later, it still wasn't in the oven. The tracker doesn't work, and there was literally only one employee running the entire store. It’s completely understaffed. Save your time and order elsewhere!
My food was perfect and honestly the service was excellent - especially during the chaotic rush (with some pretty rude customers demanding remakes over and over for petty reasons) The girls on shift handled it like absolute champions. Kirsten did an absolutely amazing job all the way around, and the other two young ladies were super nice, and worked really hard the whole time to meet everyone's needs as well as they could . If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time and order else where. I waited 2 hours to get my order. Worst place ever.
