Manager of this store is a great person good customer service, rest of staff including call center terrible called BK to receive my credit tried to order two hrs was told a specific way to order did this still couldn't order and the other mgr had no idea what do was told by a mgr i had. To wait 30 min for a mgr to get BK never again, almost left out the fact that I was hung up on the phone calls are recorded so when I file my formal complaint with corporate then I am asking...

We put an order in almost an hour ago. (53 minutes) The delivery showed quality check for 20 minutes if not longer. It was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago and the driver is driving in circles around downtown louisville.
The driver was very sweet and kind. He bowed which is very respectful. He brought the rating from one star to three start.
