This place really knocked it out. Our lovely server, Em, was a fellow vegan and was able to make excellent recommendations, but frankly nearly every type of dish on the menu has a vegan option. Creative, great ambiance (solid date spot), friendly and super knowledgeable service.
Best vegan sushi in Louisville hands down! Have no clue how many times I have ordered from here because it feels like a billion. My 3 favs are the coco caliente, tofoo fighters, and avo tempura roll. Love DKD so much D: if I ever move from Louisville will miss this place and heart and soy tremendously.
The wife and I went on a Wednesday and were seated immediately. However it was around 15 minutes until we got anything to drink or were really even acknowledged.
Other than that the food was good. We'd go back to see if it were a one off issue.
