I will not be returning. I am a loyal Dunkin customer, and I just want to shout out the the Fern Valley location has the BEST customer service. had two terrible experiences, one of which involved the lady at the drive through yelling and raising her voice. Arguing with me. Very unskilled when it comes to customer service. I told her my iced coffee had too much sugar (nicely), she then started to attack me and yelled “WELL YOU SAID PUT SUGAR IN IT” and then went on to argue...read full review
Upon Arriving at the store I noticed there was 3 cars I front of me which is fine. I pulled in at 8:02 AM and quickly got my order took BUT I eventually had to leave at 8:12 empty handed. Not one car in front of me had moved. Now I’m rushing to work with no coffee and hoping I’m not late. 10 mins in drive thru to leave empty handed is ridiculous.
