Last week I went through the drive-thru and when I got my order my iced coffee had so much foam on the top that by the time it settled I seriously had 3 sips in my large cup. So I called and the manager said that next time I was in it was on them. Ok great! Nobody is ever in the place to wait on customers. Tonight the guy was in the back and didn’t wait on us. When he came out as we were leaving he told me we didn’t have to wait that long and we shouldn’t be upset.
Does anyone provide customer service anymore?
Too slow in the the drive through line. Ordered one donut and it took 20 mins to get it.
