I have always had nothing but positive experiences with the staff here in the last year and a half. I always ask how their day is going, and they seem delighted to have someone actually ask them about themselves. We always have a nice conversation when I go through the lThe food is always delicious and made perfectly with whatever modifications I like to make. Their hazelnut vanilla brew is the best coffee on campus!! Thanks for being awesome, Einstein Bros!!
Poor customer service, very slow. Stood in line for 10 min just to order and then another 15 min waiting for my coffee. Ended up receiving some else's order that was the same as mine. The order had been sitting for a while. Would not recommend at all. They need a new system because obviously the one they have now is not effective whatsoever.
