Delicious! Ordered bagels for my family and was pleasantly surprised with how amazing employees were at handling conplicated & long orders! Everything was perfect. Employees were friendly. :) Cashier was awesome and noticed I went to the Curiosities Expo in Louisville this weekend and asked if I had a good time! Love the small town feel of talking with Bruegger's Bagels employees. I'll be coming back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just have to say this place is so genuine in customer service! I have to give a shout out to the manager. I can tell that he likes his job and that he is great with his staff! He always has a smile on his face and really is super nice!

Little things make a huge difference. I just left at 11:20 a.m. Thats entirely way passed my bedtime. I've always wanted to try Brueggers but being on nights it just isn't realistic for me to wake up hour before my bedtime for a bagel.When I walked in I was greeted, the smells were fantastic.
