Five Guys in Louisville

“Five Guys is so consistently good! The burgers and fried are delicious. It was super busy when we were there, but they moved the line very quickly and were very efficient with getting the food out. It took surprisingly less time than expected based on the length of the line. Outstanding service.

Oh, and it was a little messy when we got there, but, again, they were very busy. As soon as there was an opportunity, someone was out in the seating area cleaning up and doing a great job. Very well-managed and run business.“

“My husband wanted to go to five guys today and my first thought was, why? Well, it became pretty clear. The burgers were absolutely delicious. The fries were yummy and in abundance.

It’s a rarity when you walk into a “fast food” restaurant and see that everybody is working and no one is standing around doing nothing. That’s what we found here.

And the cherry on top for me was that they offer a bunless burger. And when I asked for it, he said, would you like that in a bowl or on a lettuce wrap. I’ve never been offered a lettuce wrap burger. Which was delicious, by the way

I can’t finish this review without discussing the last person on the line who finishes everything and hands it to the customers. I had to tell her, she had an incredible smile that made any kind of wait feel negligible.

“My first time here. Definitely not the run of the mill fast food. The burgers are made fresh while you wait. The order of fries is a generous portion. Eat in includes free peanuts. Cool! It's just a pinch pricey. I'll probably go back at some point. Recommended.“

“I came in not expecting much. Sometimes Dixie Highway locations are beat up and you don't expect to be treated too well. But let me tell you! This five guys blew me away! Greetings at the door for every customer! Speedy service! Delicious food! Very clean environment! I even walk into the bathroom and am in shock at how clean it was! I got a hotdog bowl and a small burger bowl. The fries were insane! Huge fry portions.

Very clean and incredibly well organized. I ordered online just before the lunch rush. As a former restaurant manager, I knew right away this team was on it! Their customer service was fantastic. They greeted everyone AND made eye contact.

I almost never eat out due to concerns over gluten cross contamination. This was my first time eating at Five Guys since I got Celiac disease. The manager showed me what was in my bags and I will definitely be back!“
