Came here for a Christmas dinner with 2 close girlfriends. This place is absolutely beautiful. My friend saw the mural on the exterior of the building from a block away as I exclaimed, “that’s where we are going!” The food was exquisite. Presentation was a notch above. From the drinks, to the appetizer to the main course, all of the food was SO good! Decor throughout is so fun and modern, for sure. Service was top notch. Loved our experience here! We’ll be back.

The servers are absolutely delightful and always provide the best recommendations, while the managers ensure customers enjoy their meals. The ambience is fantastic, featuring fun photo-op spaces and swinging chairs, making it a beautiful restaurant to visit. The decor and lively music create a cheerful atmosphere, perfect for celebrating special occasions or enjoying a casual dinner. The food is beyond amazing, with dishes like salmon served with rice and sweet plantains, and appetizers such as guac with pork rinds. The cocktails, including excellent margaritas and well-presented mocktails, are also incredible. Although the restroom accommodations could be improved and service can be a bit slow when busy, the overall experience remains highly recommended for visitors to Louisville. The staff, including attentive servers like Yordan and Carlos, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit. Despite being about 50% more expensive than typical Mexican restaurants, the quality of food and drinks makes it worthwhile. Guaca Mole is a top-notch place to enjoy a fun, lively atmosphere with delicious cuisine.
