This is my go-to coffee shop. I’ve never had a bad experience at this shop or any of their stores. I’m always greeted with a smile. I love that this company is inclusive and is an organic fair trade partner. I’ve also never had a bad item from Heine bros all of their food and drinks I’ve tried have been delicious. 10/10 recommend them!

I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back.
