I regularly arrive purchasing some food in this place. I love the rapid customer service and well made food. They never disappoint.

Have been going here since we moved to Louisville. First time was after a heavy day of moving in so it was great to have some comfort food. It is close to authentic as you can get in this part of the country. I lived 6 years in Japan so I know good Japanese food. Have had various items from the menu and all are great. Sushi is the best I have found in the area. Nothing compares to Toyama Japan but what really does except being there. Ramen is great. I do not know what the other reviewers are thinking but it is always good when I go. If you are not a ramen connoisseur and don’t know the many different types and styles maybe it is not for you. But the house ramen has a distinct rich flavor that has hints a a French onion soup. Maybe the second or third best ramen I have had in the US. Wish they would add a miso and shiio ramen to the menu. Appetizers are also great.

This place never disappoints. They serve fresh dishes for convenient rates, there are no long waits even when they are busy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We had reservations at 6:30 we got there early around 6:15. We had reservations at another place for drinks at 8:30 that we didn’t want to miss.

Waited over an hour- never got our food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a reservation at 645. We arrived early at 620 they sat us. Approximately 7 tables in entire restaurant were filled. We ordered our drinks and food at same time at 640. At 7pm still didn’t have drinks. I went to bar to get them myself. At 745, people around us were all looking around wanting to know where their food was. One couple left before getting their meal. Our server finally came to our table and asked if we needed anything. I told her we had been waiting over an hour for our food. She said give me 5 minutes. We waited. Steak came out a few minutes later and was completely raw. We ordered medium well. Asked for flit to be medium well. Called server back over asked her to remove from bill because we had to leave. She tried charging us for the meal! Finally got it removed and left. Worst service and food ever!

Definitely a great place for good Japanese cuisine. Waitress was awesome and food was great. My wife is just starting to try sushi and she loved all that we tried! Atmosphere is perfect for romantic yet casual and comfortable setting. Would highly recommend for a nice night out. Will return next time we have the chance.

My first time going here and I love it. I wish I had found this place sooner. I would have been eating here this whole time I've been in this city

The salad dressing needs to be sold in stores!!!! The sushi is hands down the best in Louisville!

My favorite sushi, Island roll is beyond fabulous and ome of the best Crunch Munch ever.

Lunch special is a great value. $11 for 2 sushi rolls and soup or salad!

I liked this place so much. The bento box options were flavorful and filling. Just slightly too fishy smelling. The decor was charming and the service was excellent and more than made up for it.

I think the lunch special is a great deal. I come here way too often. It's so good! The sushi is good, service is great! I highly recommend the vegas roll!

My salmon with vegetables were as wonderfully delicious as they were beautifully presented on the plate. Although I'm typically not a fan of white rice, they seem to know just how to make it taste its best. The salad was simply chopped iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots but the salad dressing was out-of-this-world delicious! It tasted like a salad dressing my father used to make based on a salad dressing he enjoyed at a restaurant named Hunt's. The ambiance was warm and inviting and cozy and appropriate for a wonderful evening's meal. Our server was gracious and patient with all the questions my date and I had about the menu. My date, a sushi fan, enjoyed Sushi of tuna, tobiko and wasabi. The meal was delicious, the ambiance inviting and my date and I enjoyed a wonderful evening! I was glad I visited.
