I walked in and order a pizza to go at 4:50 PM. I told the server I would just sit in the waiting area. The place was busy & employees kept looking at me, but no pizza. About 5:20 the lady that took my order finally checked and my pizza had been sitting on top of the oven for quite awhile. When she handed it to me I asked her if it was still hot & she said yes. I should have asked for a new pizza, because when I got home (only a 5 min drive) the pizza was cold.
I have always had a good experience at Craft house until last evening. Entered the restaurant just before 8:30, was seated quickly. After nearly 25 minutes and no server even taking a drink order, got up and left. They were not particularly busy. Just one large group and a few tables with customers. The service seems to be slipping from their normal lately! Hope this gets corrected!
Why are there reviews about Hometown, supposedly this is now Craft House Pizza. What’s the skinny on that?
