Great food big portions for the price!
We had jgumbo the other night. We had a small glitch wth our order and the management made it right. Very friendly staff. This food is so good. The drunken chicken is excellent and full of chicken. We also get the voodoo chicken nachos.
Drunkin chicken and voodoo chicken are sooo good. 10/10 recommend

J. Gumbo’s is a wonderful restaurant serving delicious Cajun food. The food is amazing, hot, and delicious, with great flavor. Specific meals like the crawfish etouffee, drunken chicken, voodoo chicken, jambalaya, bumblebee stew, white chili, and crawfish cheese dip are all described as wonderful, very good, and hitting the spot. The portions are huge, offering ample food and great value, with enough for at least two meals from one bowl. It is considered a gold mine for the price and offers very good bang for your buck.
The service is friendly, fast, and courteous. The owner is delightful, super friendly, and helpful. Orders can be texted in advance for quick pickup, as it is a carry-out only joint with no dining on-site. The place looks clean. Customers report being stunned by how good the food is and state they will definitely be back, choosing this location every time they want Cajun.
