My neice was at the ER with her sick mom. They ordered a Turkey wrap.... They sent a Lettuce wrap, when we called to tell them the sandwich was wrong and ask for a replacement they put us on hold. Then when we called back the manager was so rude and advised us that we'd have to pay for a new sandwich then he said he would send another sandwich but he required that we tip.... After we already tipped the initial deliverer $5. Any establishment with this type of customer service...read full review
