The service wasn't bad, a comfortable and cozy place. But I ordered Fried chicken and they gave it cold and it wasn't well cooked, the only thing that was worth it was the potatoes and mac and cheese…I don't recommend it to eat

Fast service and great food. Cant go wrong for a good meal. Kids meals with green bean and milk are a hit!Vegetarian options: Great choices for a vegetarian to be happy as well.

Was excited to get to eat at a KFC. But no. For is already locked at 7:18!! Thanks KFC. Glad we have a Lee's close to where we live so when I get back home I can get some chicken where they don't lock the door early!

Get home and gravy was spilled all in the bag so resulted to no gravy in the bowl the girl in there had a whole attitude. Then no biscuits in the bag no hot sauce like i know it was almost closing but dang i spent 30 dollars never again

Kentucky Fried Chicken is a joke. Ordered Two Smash'd bowls from Kentucky Fried Chicken. Nothing like what they advertise. Embarrassing!!!!!

I went to the Outerloop location today at noon. Sat at drive through for about 10 minutes with no response. Drove around to the window honked but no one. Then I saw I believe an employee and manager and I was just ignored. Then I honked again and the Mgr finally came to the window to let me know they wouldn't be open for another 10 minutes. They could have put a sign at drive through instead of ignoring people. So I left and there were 6 cars just sitting there. I do understand things happen, but you just don't ignore your customers. Horrible customer service and i won't be going back.I ended up going to Hillview and they were amazing.
The only reason for 4 stars is because they are out of a bunch of items a lot of the time. The service is always good and the food is always fresh. The staff has always been really nice to me even when it is extremely busyVegetarian options: Only the sides seem to be vegetarian

Great food. Fairly quick service. They have messed my food up a time or two but always good service. I feel like over time their prices have gotten a bit up there compared to competitors. I just paid $20 for 8 tenders..... but not the workers fault... oh and also they have been out of Pepsi a couple of times so... that's not cool.
