I originally ordered the half slab of ribs. They were apparently out. I ended up with the rib tips. I was ready to be upset. I had no need to be. The rib tips were fat and meaty. Chef Bama was very welcoming and hospitable, It was our first time at his establishment and we got the wings, beef frank sandwich, brisket/cold slaw sandwich, Mac and cheese, rice and beans, greens, potato salad, red velvet cake and key lime pie.
