A few months ago I was dining at McAlisters on Dixie Highway. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup. They only gave me 4 tortilla chips. I asked for a few more and was told he would try to give me more but they may have to charge me $2.50 for 4 more chips. The girl in the drive through on March 25 around 745 PM was such an amazing human! I didn’t catch her name, but she was so pleasant and kind! Y’all gotta hire more people like her because 10/10 amazing customer service! Her whole demeanor turned a rough day right around, and I can’t say enough good things about her during our brief interaction!
Came in for an early lunch. Staff was extremely rude. Bring our food out and it was wrong. We got two soups in bread bowls. Soups came out without bread bowls. when asked for the bread bowls we were charged for when ordered, the staff member got snippy about how “it wasn’t rang in that way” but when looking at the receipt under both soups “add a bread bowl.” When the staff member brought out our soups in the bread bowls, she slammed the plates down on the table.
