Got the fillet special 2 for 6. Fillets cooked perfectly bun was fresh but sandwiches missing the tartar sauce and the cheese. However service was quick maybe a little too quick.Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramps and spaces
They were out of strawberry pies I was devastated ?...but they put a smile on my face and offered something else to replace so I got a frappe and they new wanted caramel without even asking ?

This McDonald's is by far the best one downtown! Very friendly and helpful! Louisville is a big city, and all sorts of people travel through it! With that being said I couldn't have felt more welcomed and at home in this place of business. Now the other one downtown on second and Broadway is the worst one I have ever been to.
