The owner, Paul, was friendly and took the extra step of checking product ingredients as I have some allergies. He explained the powder manicure and it's benefits and I decided on that plus a basic pedicure. Great new nail salon in St Matthews. Staff is wonderful and very professional. They take their time during your appointment so you don't feel rushed (I can't tell you how many times I've gone to other salons where they are so anxious to get to the next customer that they failed to appreciate the one sitting in front of them) Appointments start on time -- unlike other places where they will take your appointment but make you soak your feet in water for so long it gets...read full review
This nail salon is one of the cleanest nail places I've ever been to. When the technician was removing my previous gel polish, she had a vacuum bag to grab the dust and particles as she worked. The reason I've only given 4 stars is because I asked the manager multiple times if the color wheel I was looking at was OPI.
