I have been craving Charim for MONTHS now, and just dropped by to say I'm super excited to see you're planning to reopen in February 2020! I will be one of the first people in line at your reopening, guaranteed! Thoughts of your banchan alone makes me salivate harder than anything else in my life...not kidding!!! I love you Charim, and I can't wait to dine with you again!

I live here in Louisville, and admittedly have very high expectations. This restaurant SURPASSES ALL EXPECTATIONS. This is, without question, the best Korean food we have ever eaten. For traditional Korean, look no further than Charim. This is, without question, the best Korean food we've ever eaten. I stumbled upon it with the kids at lunch today, and came back for dinner. The owner is the chef. She cooks EVERYTHING from scratch. She is absolutely wonderful. I cannot tell you enough good things about this restaurant. It is our new family favorite.
