Love the entire vibe of Osteria! So many options for seating, outside and inside. The Lobster Bisque is #1 hands down. Highly recommend for brunch, lunch and dinner. A perfect stop while exploring Westport Village!

While I gave this a 4 overall I would say the food is a 3. I had the Osteria Cioppiona, the seafood was cooked perfectly but the dish lacked seasoning. Not sure why they added the word spicy to the tomato broth. If you think a dash of black pepper is spicy than this is the dish for you. But at 50 bucks I expected more. My wife had the seared scallops. Again the scallops were cooked to perfection but this time the dish was very rich and I felt the bacon jam was an awkward pairing with the rest of the dish. The jam was very sweet. We also got the lobster sliders as an appetizer. They were good just not great. The service was outstanding waters and drinks were refilled quickly and all unused and dirty dishes were removed quickly from the table. The restaurant is also very nice inside, a little cold but still very attractive. The only other complaint was the mens bathroom. In a nice restaurant like this I shouldn't walk in and immediately smell the urinal. It looked like the urinal screen hasn't been changed in weeks. Something you would expect at a high school locker room, not at a nice eating establishment.

We had our first visit yesterday, early evening. The meal was amazing. The ambience is very nice. The service was excellent! The young woman who brings drinks and refills and bagged up our food was so sweet! The crab cake was almost pure crab. Not a bunch of filler. The Tiger Prawn Limone was so so good.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Take a coat it was very cool inside. The appetizers were great. The presentation was on point. Calamari was delicious and a large portion, definitely shareable. The shrimp scampi was delicious but could have been a larger portion with only 5 or 6 pieces of shrimp. The ahi tuna wantons were amazing, but only enough for 2 people could have been larger. The entries left much to be desired. The portions were perfect, but food quality was not what you'd expect from a fine Italian restaurant.

Everything is amazing each time we come here! Been here many times for many occasions and I am always satisfied! Everything is fresh and tastes amazing! I recommend anything with the Scallops! The Osteria Cioppino was awesome and a lot of food. The size of their entrees are great! Lobster Bisque, Lobster Slides, and the Crab Cake were our favorite starters. Please check this place out!

We are looking forward to trying this restaurant. It was our anniversary and I had let them know. I was told by others customers they offer something special for anniversary's. We were't offered anything.
Service was slow. We were there for 1 hr 45 minutes. Way too much time in between courses. Our waiter was not very attentive.
The lobster bisque was great. We split the wedge salad and it was very good. The waiter suggested the chicken parm. The chicken was so thin it seemed like it was just breading . My husband's filet was good. For the high price point we expected a much better experience. For almost $200 it was disappointing.

This may be the most elegant redo of any restaurant that I’ve seen in town. Osteria is an Italian seafood restaurant. The interior is elegant and gorgeous. It has a very comfortable blue white theme throughout the restaurant and it’s done so well. You can come here regardless of the hour and it will be an elegant experience. On this occasion, I was here for lunch, I was seated promptly for our reservation. Our server dropped by to check in on me and made sure to fill our water glasses. The cocktail menu had quite a few options. I had to get the Sicilian spritz, the server told me that it had a really great presentation. He wasn’t joking. It was also a really great flavor. It was probably one of the best versions of aperol spritz that I’ve had in town. For an appetizer, my friend and I split the goat cheese bruschetta it was so flavorful. It comes with about five pieces, which is enough for a table of four as well. Well if you want to share because honestly, it could be someone’s entrée as well for lunch, I got the vegetable frittata. Now I don’t normally get frittata at restaurants, but this one was different. It had potatoes, mushrooms, cheese and arugula to top it off. It was so tasty and flavorful. I was very pleasantly surprised. They did a beautiful job. My friend ordered the lobster sliders for her entrée and they also looked decadent. For dessert, my friend just had her birthday so we got strawberry shortcake. The flavors were wonderful, the ambiance was out of this world and our server was the best. Will go back.
Vegetarian options: Some appetizers, salads. Ironically no vegetarian pasta options. Brunch has a frittata and pizza.

Amazing upscale dining, a local favorite. Excellent fresh seafood choices. Beautiful authentic Italian dishes. Delightful cocktails, good wine selection in casual, relaxed environment.
Brunch on Sunday - quiet time to enjoy fantastic food, outstanding service, and time with friends. Diverse selection of food including salads, soups, sweet and savory breakfast dishes, and pastas. We enjoyed raspberry/pomegranate mimosas. Generous portions allowed sharing and take home bites!
Fabulous dinner. Had scallops with risotto and wife had shrimp with fettuccine. Both were great but scallops better. Tomato soup was awesome. Great cosmos and espresso martini. Will be back soon!
Amazing food! Get the scallops, you won’t be disappointed!
Everyone in the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. The food was AMAZING, and we will most definitely be back. Can't say Thank You enough.
