“Nice young lady made a custom pizza for me. Meaning a couple of minor changes to the All Meat pizza. And it was very good. I loved the red sauce half, my wife loved the white sauce half. I have been buying pizza from here for years. Always good. Only a few times has the pizza artist skipped a bit on ingredients.“

“Papa Murphy's -- this take-and-bake pizza chain -- fills a void in the Louisville pizza scene that no one we've tried can fill (that's not eat-in). The Taco Pizza is that void, and Papa Murphy's excels at this. It's a season, limited-time-only pizza called the Taco Grande, and it is OUTSTANDING. I don't know why there's such a dearth of taco pizzas in this town, but literally NO ONE that delivers has one. Sure, there are eat-in places that have taco-ish pizzas, but on Saturday night I want to sit on the couch, watch old-timey movies, and eat pizza. We're often out and about on Saturdays and there are a couple locations that are places near where we normally go. Some Saturdays we plan our errands around stopping near Papa Murphy's. Yea, I've got to bake it, but it's fresher that way. The toppings on the Taco Grande start with some kind of magical refried bean/salsa concoction. After that a boatload of cheese, some taco seasoning, ground beef, more cheese, tomatoes and onions. It smells SO good when it's baking, and tastes even better. And you can only get it for a while each year. (We tried freezing one and trying it later: Take my advice and DO NOT do this. Trust me.) The staff at this location is always very pleasant and helpful, and some of them recognize us when we walk in. This location is always very clean, including the pizza assembly area. I'm a huge fan of Papa Murphy's anyway, but the Taco Grande? A+“
“Take and bake pizzas are a great alternative to delivery and even eat in pizza places. I really love that you can get other items here as well like a Caesar salad, cheese bread, and even dessert. You can really tell the people who work at the Fern Creek location really care and take pride about the product they serve. The dark brown hair young lady that works there every day always greets everyone who walks in the door with a smile. You can tell she is just happy to be there and makes you feel like you're really welcomed.I like the flow of this store. It makes it easy to come in order and watch your pizza being made right in front of you, and then wrapped up at the end of the line hand it to you by the smiling young lady. The lobby is always clean and smells like fresh ingredients. The soda cooler is well stocked with a great variety.We love this place one of the best franchises in Louisville. In our opinion go try it yourself you'll enjoy it.“
“Way way way.... overpriced! The toppings were great but the dough was not. 2-3× the cost of frozen and not as good as Degiorno. Friendly worker. Oh and the Cinnamon Monkey bread was amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp is actually blocked by the permanent concrete posts which was wierd.. I was pushing someone in a wheelchair and had to lift her up the curb“
