It was our second time going we drove from indiana. The cuts of meat are horrible. My boyfriend could only eat a few bites of his food last night because the meat was SO fatty he even asked the girl to leave out the tendon he would pay whatever it costs but did not want that in his food but I the pho was full of tendon cuts and full of fat. I had the honey Siracha chicken(b8) the taste was 11/10 but the chicken was sooooo dry and over cooked I couldn’t finish it my jaw was starting to hurt. I will say the first time the staff was more pleasant but the second time we came the place was hands down 100% cleaner then it was the first time so I’m not sure if we just keep catching this place at a bad time but so far I have not had a great experience.
