Wings and accompanying sauces are 10/10. Short rib pho was very good, mine needed some salt and it woke right up, 9/10. Girlfriend loved her oxtail pho and got stung by a honeybee, 10/10. We will return.
I very rarely give 5 stars but this place hit the mark! The food and coffee were just like I remembered from Vietnam. The waiter was fabulous, though he seemed like he could use some help. The facilities are clean. The only thing I would change is the choice of music being played. I wish they would play traditional Vietnamese music, but that is just a personal preference. Can't wait until the weather is cooler so I can try ALL the pho. Well done. We'll be back.

Pho Viet is a Vietnamese restaurant that has received highly positive reviews. The wings and accompanying sauces are rated 10/10. The short rib pho was very good, though one needed some salt. The spring rolls are the best in town, and the eggrolls and crab Rangoon were perfectly crunchy, with the eggrolls especially flavorful and wonderfully light and flaky. The chicken bahn mi had delicious bread and was fresh and juicy. The chicken Lo mein was addicting, with noodles that were melt in your mouth and tasted like they were made in house. The food and coffee were just like Vietnam. The atmosphere is super chill and welcoming with Lo fi beats and modern interior design. The facilities are clean. The service was exceptional. The restaurant offers a military and Ford discount. One reviewer wished for traditional Vietnamese music. Many reviewers plan to return and highly recommend giving Pho Viet a try.
