Best chicken sandwich in Louisville. Crispy, yet the coating melts in your mouth. Fantastic. Comes in meal, but I always just get the sandwich. Dressed with mayonnaise, I think and pickle. I always add Chick fil A sauce when I bring it home. The workers at the Fern Creek store are excellent. Service with a BIG smile. A+ service. Everything is always hot, fresh, and delicious! The young lady that is always in drive thru in the mornings during the week is so super nice, she really hustles and tries to up sell everything! I've seen her on a bad day and she's still nice, but hey everyone has one! I will definitely be back just because of the great hospitality from EVERYONE! Keep up the good work Popeyes ?

So something was going on when my son and I visited this place. They ran out of sides and biscuits or something. Because of this they were very backed up. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. BUT I will say this, usually when this sort of thing happens I inevitably notice a few employees standing around doing nothing and that is upsetting. In this case every worker there was busting their butts and working hard. They really were trying.
