Friday 26 around ten thirty I stopped by Popeyes drive thru and ordered a eight piece chicken only. As I started driving to the window to pay and receive my eight piece I heard $26 and some change. Ordered through the Popeyes app at 10:30pm (store closes at 11p)... delivery driver (Doordash) called and said that order was not there and store is now closed they are unable to remake it. Called store and spoke to delivery driver both and reached out to Popeyes through the app, then called store to get full story even though at this point the store was closed ......they still answered the phone! Kiosk ordering only inside. Very little seating. Walls are so plain. Layout is terrible. Not all of our food came out. It was boxed and labeled, just not bagged, glad we were eating in. The staff, if you could get their attention, were nice.
