The lady at the cash register wasn’t friendly at all, looked annoyed to be there. She was rude, cut me off, when I asked for something came back with a short “we don’t have that”. Never said thanks. Being from out of town it wasn’t a warm welcoming to the city. That would have been enough to turn me off to returning if was local also. A little friendliness can go a long way along with a smile.
Was not impressed with cashier. Unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our group of 4 even though they were dead inside. Matcha drink was awful. Was told I couldn’t pay extra to put a flavored syrup in it even though it’s on the menu for .50.
