Ordered on the App 7/29/2023. When we got there they said they didnt get the order so I brought it up on my phone. Showed order number, time, pick up time, Preston store and all other information. You have to pay on app to place the order so as an implied manager they should have known that. I asked her to contact corporate then about my refund and she said Corporate couldnt refund my money? This is the Cheese Champ burger I was served on 6/8/2023 around 12:30pm. As you can see the sandwich was in a state of decay. I also ordered a Coke to drink and was first given a Dr Pepper, then a Diet Coke then asked to park on the side lot while they repaired their Coke dispenser. 15 minutes later I was served a flat Coke.
I won’t be back.
