I called Roosters (Bardstown Rd) several months ago and spoke with Sierra to reserve a space to have a rehearsal dinner for 25-35 ppl. She was kind and helpful. When we arrived tonight, we were greeted by friendly people who were ready for our group. Our server, Marsha, was super! She listened to our requests, managed to keep our crazy group straight and did a phenomenal job of taking care of us all. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. A wonderful experience!! Had a great experience at the Fern Creek location. The online ordering system was down so our order did not go through. The management staff handled it really well. Came out an explained what happened, apologized for the delay, offered us a free soft drink while we waited and more. I feel they went above and beyond to personally handle our order despite the delay being beyond their control. We will definitely be returning as regular patrons. Our order was fresh and delicious.
There were four of us. My sister-in-law eats gluten free. It is not always easy to find a place she can eat that works with her health issues. She had no trouble. The rest of our dinners were fine as always. We love roosters.
