Five frosty stars for Wendy's, but the real MVP was Michael! This dude's charisma was undeniable - super personable, cracking jokes about Frosty Queens (had me cracking up) - yet incredibly efficient. He licked his teeth with this confident gleam after he wrangled a complicated order for the family ahead of me in, like what I would say had to be, record time. This has to be the slowest location in Louisville. Everytime I go through the drive thur it's a horribly long wait and poor service. When I eat inside I get better service but not by much. They don't seem to know what they are doing at this location.
