This is my go to downtown restaurant. Top 5 fav places.in louisville. And ive lived here for 50 years! Lunch specials, just wow... the biriyanis are my fav, chicken wed and lamb friday. Don't walk but run to Safier!

I work near here and get carryout a couple of times a week for lunch. Everything I've had is delicious. So much so that I don't even have a favorite item; I rotate through several things that I like equally well. If you are new to Mediterranean food I suggest a chicken shawarma or falafel sandwich.

Pretty crowded place, had the beef beef sandwich which really BANGS. They really fill the sandwich with the beef. No wonder they have a high ratings. We 2 portions + lentil soup, and it cost only 23$!! Definitely worth a visit.
