There are no tables to sit at, but the staff was nice
john is a credit to starbucks in the lower highlands neighborhood of Louisville ky at highland Ave and bardstown Rd . I ordered the incorrect drink I wanted and he cheerfully told me what I actually wanted and made it !
This was my first visit to this location. The employee at the front counter greeted me promptly, took my order right away, and was pleasant throughout the interaction.
The reason I'm not giving a higher rating is that the employees in the back appeared to be chatting so much that my order was overlooked. It is now mainly a storefront designed for people on the go, with no seating inside. It is a perfect grab-and-go location where you can order drinks and pick them up. The space is not cluttered and features local artwork with a wall mural. There is also the ability to buy different tumblers and cups. For those who prefer to stay, there are tables outside.
The staff is very friendly, kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They greet customers with smiling faces and nothing but kindness, making people feel as if they were at a local coffee shop. No matter how busy they are, the baristas make drinks to perfection, with a focus on quality. Drinks taste great. Popular items include the Caramel Brulee, the White Chocolate Mocha with Brown Sugar syrup added, and the surprising spring favorite, the iced cherry chai. The customer experience is great, marked by quick service and cleanliness. It is considered the best Starbucks by many, who are grateful for the welcoming atmosphere.
