I normally have a great time at Texas Roadhouse.But last night june seventeenth my husband and I went and it was a pretty bad experience. For 1 hour stakes, we're not done. We had to send them back and when I cut into my steak. I cut mine into 3 pieces to make sure it was done. My husband cut his into 2 pieces and when they brought them back. My food came out wrong twice and I was told by the GM to quit being difficult when I said I wanted a box. My waiter Logan was AMAZING but the GM was AWFUL! I’ll definitely never come back to this Texas Roadhouse ever again!
I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a really disappointing experience here today. My family and I came for my daughters birthday and it was just all around a bad time. The server we had wasn’t friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her. We never received bread. I ordered a bowl of chili and it was cold.
