Another great time at Michter’s upstairs lounge. Today our server was Aiden who has only been here for two weeks! He kept us well nourished with all of Michter’s special cocktails. A couple of us had the Bourbon Flight where every Bourbon was great! We will definitely be back next visit to Louisville!

This is always a great time. The cocktails and service are amazing! The view from the bar is exciting and provides some interesting people watching of Whiskey Row! Plus you can get some pretty rare Michter’s pours!

The Bar at Fort Nelson, which is itself the bar within the Michters outpost in Louisville, was a high quality bourbon experience and one I imagine most folks would enjoy. The setup is interesting - with the check in desk on the first floor who then lets you up when there's capacity. For sure prevents the bar from being overcrowded, but it does pretty much require a reservation/extra steps. The bar itself is well appointed, if not a bit bland decorations wise. Service was solid throughout and the bourbon flight options quite fun. Would come back with friends next time I'm in Louisville.

The Bar at Fort Nelson inside Michter’s Distillery offers an elevated bourbon and cocktail experience without the pretentiousness that sometimes comes with upscale bars. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, making it an ideal place for both seasoned bourbon enthusiasts and casual visitors. The bartenders and mixologists are exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the products they craft and promote, adding an educational element to the experience without it feeling forced. Every drink felt thoughtfully prepared and well-executed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning on my next trip to Louisville.

One of the coolest bars in Louisville. The bartenders are super knowledgeable and know their craft. I loved talked with them and learning how to take my cocktails to the next level. This is an absolute must if you’re on the bourbon trail, even if you aren’t a Michters fan.

Learned so much from our friendly bartender. As upscale as the place is, they made us feel right at home. Reservation recommend but if you’re willing to wait, you can just show up.

Great tour and tasting by our adorable little tour guide Paige. Everything we tasted was very good and the tour was very informative. Definitely recommend Michter's if you are down on Whiskey Row.

Hubby got a flight of 4 different. 5 oz bourbon and it was $20. They give you a little tray of snacks and a little cup of water. I enjoyed watching the video about the history of the building.

Excellent bar at the Michters Tasting room. The bar features both classic and inventive cocktails as well as individual pours and bourbon flights. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m not at all knowledgeable about whiskey and bourbons, but the staff took their time with me and made me drinks off of what I knew I liked. Fantastic

Always a great stop when in downtown Louisville! Amazing service and even better cocktails. Their cocktail menu is seasonal so never have to worry about not having new options.

A beautiful rooftop bar above Michter’s Fort Nelson distillery. We did the tour and tasting prior to visiting the bar. Fabulous drinks. Food is not served, but they do have cocktail nibbles. We had a lot of fun and met some interesting people.
