Ami was great leading us through the blending process to find the right flavor profile. Felt like I was in adult chemistry class making slight adjustments! Found my recipe and enjoyed it so much I blught 2 bottles with my own private label. Unique bourbon experience and highly recommend for any bourbon enthusiast.
I did this experience with some friends and my wife recently and we all had an excellent time. My wife isn't even a bourbon drinker and she still really enjoyed the experience. The rest of us are very well versed in bourbon and it exceeded our expectations as well. It was a nice mix of informative, fun, and interactive.All of us have done many distillery tours as well and sometimes struggle to find new and unique bourbon experiences. We all agreed that this hit the mark for us
