The Wiggle Room

I normally come here when my friends invite me. It's a nice location and I do like their rooftop. They have a dance floor and it's usually packed on the weekends. I normally enjoy drinking scotch neat to have fun. Unfortunately they do not serve drinks in a glass which is best for scotch and instead they serve it in a plastic cup. I have only been here twice and have been very impressed with not only the service but the drinks as well. I just learned they are closing 08-07-2022 (per Facebook page). I'm sure this place opened early 2022. It is located on the 2nd floor of the former Hopcat location. They are owned by the same owners of the Merryweather located on Lydia Street in Schnitzelburg. First off, can we acknowledge what an absolutely awesome name this is for a bar? A lot of bars and restaurants just pick an adjective and an animal and call it a day. In someone else's hands, the old HopCat building may have been reborn as "The Decadent Lemur" or "The Pretentious Tapir"; mercifully, we got "The Wiggle Room" instead.
